The research aimed to identify the levels of each of: successful intelligence, academic passion and academic well-being among secondary school students, and to reveal the nature of the proposed structural model for the relationships between successful intelligence, academic passion and academic well-being among them, and to use the descriptive correlational approach. The basic research sample consisted of (200) male and female students who were randomly selected from the second secondary grade at Al-Lawzi Girls' School and Military Boys' School in Damietta Education Administration in Damietta Governorate. The researcher applied the successful intelligence scale (prepared by the researcher), the academic passion scale (prepared by the researcher) and the academic well-being scale (prepared by the researcher). To test the research hypotheses, the "t" test was used for one group, the "t" test for two independent groups, Pearson's correlation coefficient, multiple regression analysis, and structural equation modeling. The results showed that the levels of successful intelligence, academic passion and academic well-being were higher than average in the research sample. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between males and females on the measures of successful intelligence, academic passion and academic well-being, and that there were no statistically significant differences between students of scientific and literary specializations on the measures of successful intelligence, academic passion and academic well-being. It also showed that there was a statistically significant relationship between successful intelligence, academic passion and academic well-being. The results also showed that there were direct and indirect effects of successful intelligence on academic well-being through academic passion among secondary school students. In light of these results, the researcher presented a set of recommendations.
