The study aimed to determine the degree of professional practices of secondary school teachers in Al-Mokhwah Governorate according to the professional license standards from their point of view and to identify the associated training needs. The study community consisted of all secondary school teachers in Al-Mokhwah Governorate, numbering (469) teachers. The study followed the descriptive survey approach, using a questionnaire of (33) statements consisting of two axes: practices, and needs measuring three areas: planning and implementing study units and activities, preparing interactive learning environments that support the student, and evaluation. The validity and reliability of the study tool were verified. The study concluded that the degree of professional practices was moderate, with a mean of (2.89), and the dimensions also appeared to moderate degrees in their order (planning and implementing study units and activities, creating interactive and supportive learning environments for the student, and evaluation). It also showed that the degree of identifying training needs was high, with a mean of (3.95) in order (needs in planning and implementing study units and activities, creating learning environments, and evaluation). It recommended training teachers during service to develop professional practices in areas the study revealed as having a high need for training.
