مدى التزام مديري المدارس في فلسطين بأخلاقيات العمل للمعلمين العاملين معهم

هدف هذه البحث إلى التعرُّفِ على مدى التزامِ مديري المدارسِ في فلسطينَ بأخلاقياتِ العملِ، للمعلمينَ العاملينَ معهم، وقد تمَّ استخدامُ المنهجِ الوصفيِّ.
وقد تكوَّنتْ عينةُ الدراسةِ من (381) معلماً، ومعلمة من المدارسِ الحكوميةِ في فلسطينَ، خلال العام الدراسي (2023-2024) اختيرت بالطريقةِ الطبقيةِ العشوائيةِ، ولتحقيقِ أهدافِ الدراسةِ طوّرت أداةِ الاستبانةِ، وبلغ عددُ فقراتها (26) فقرةً، توزَّعتْ على ثلاثةِ مجالات، المجالُ الأولُ أخلاقيات المدير نحو المعلمين، ويتكوَّنُ من (11) فقرةً، والمجالُ الثاني أخلاقيات المدير نحو الطلبة، ويتكوَّنُ من (8) فقرةً، والمجالُ الثالثُ أخلاقيات المدير نحو أولياء الأمور، ويتكوَّنُ من (7) فقرةً، والتي جرى التحققُ من صدقِها، وثباتِها.
وأظهرتْ نتائجُ الدراسةِ أنَّ درجةَ التزامِ مديري المدارسِ الحكوميةِ في فلسطينَ بأخلاقياتِ العملِ في مجال أخلاقيات المدير نحو المعلمين، من وجهةِ نظرِ المعلمينَ أنفسهم، جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، بمتوسطٍ حسابيٍّ بلغ (4.08)، وأنّ درجة التزام مديري المدارس الحكومية في فلسطين بأخلاقيات العمل في مجال: "أخلاقيات المدير نحو الطلبة"، من وجهة نظر المعلمين أنفسهم، جاءت مرتفعة، بمتوسط حسابيّ بلغ (4.09)، وأنّ درجة التزام مديري المدارس الحكومية في فلسطين بأخلاقيات العمل في مجال: "أخلاقيات المدير نحو أولياء الأمور"، من وجهة نظر المعلمين أنفسهم، جاءت مرتفعة، بمتوسط حسابيّ بلغ (4.07).
وأشارتْ نتائجُ الدراسةِ إلى عدمِ وجودِ فروقٍ ذاتِ دلالةٍ إحصائيَّةٍ بين تقديرات أفراد عينه الدراسة، حولَ أخلاقياتِ العملِ لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في فلسطين؛ تعزى لمتغيراتِ (الجنسِ، والمؤهلِ العلميِّ، وسنواتِ الخبرةِ).
وفي ضوءِ هذه النتائجِ؛ يوصي الباحث بضرورةِ عقدِ دوراتٍ تدريبيةٍ متخصصةٍ في مجالِ أخلاقياتِ الإدارةِ المدرسيَّةِ؛ لتعزيزِ هذه القيمِ لدى مديري المدارسِ، والمعلمينَ أيضاً، في مختلفِ المراحلِ التعليميةِ، لتعريفهم بحقوقهم وواجباتهم تجاهَ وظائفهم، وتجاهَ جميعِ الأطرافِ التي يتعاملونَ معها؛ من رؤساءَ، ومعلمينَ، وتلاميذَ، وأولياء أمورٍ، وأفرادِ المجتمعِ المحليِّ.

This research is to identify the extent to which school principals in Palestine adhere to work ethics for the teachers working with them. The descriptive approach was used.
The study sample consisted of (381) male and female teachers from public schools in Palestine during the academic year (2023-2024), selected through stratified random sampling. To achieve the study's objectives, a questionnaire was developed, comprising (26) items distributed across three domains. The first domain, "Ethics of Principals Toward Teachers," consisted of (11) items; the second domain, "Ethics of Principals Toward Students," consisted of (8) items; and the third domain, "Ethics of Principals Toward Parents," consisted of (7) items. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were verified.
The results of the study showed that the degree of adherence to work ethics by public school principals in Palestine, from the teachers' perspective, was high. In the domain of "Ethics of Principals Toward Teachers," the average score was (4.08). In the domain of "Ethics of Principals Toward Students," the average score was (4.09). In the domain of "Ethics of Principals Toward Parents," the average score was (4.07).
The study results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the estimates of the study sample members regarding the work ethics of public school principals in Palestine, attributed to variables such as gender, academic qualification, or years of experience.
In light of these findings, the researcher recommends the necessity of organizing specialized training courses in the field of school administration ethics to enhance these values among school principals and teachers across various educational stages. This would help familiarize them with their rights and responsibilities toward their roles and all parties they interact with, including superiors, teachers, students, parents, and members of the local community.
