هدف البحث إلى إعداد مقياس لتقييم الاستخدام الاجتماعي للغة لدى الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية البسيطة، والتحقق من صدقه وثباته واستخراج معاييره، وتكونت عينة البحث من(50) طفلًا من ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية البسيطة بالصف الثالث الابتدائي بمدارس التربية الفكرية بمحافظة بني سويف؛ حيث تراوحت أعمارهم الزمنية ما بين (9- 10) سنوات بمتوسط حسابي قدره (9.54)، وانحراف معياري (0.38)، وتراوحت معاملات ذكائهم ما بين (55- 70)، ويتكون مقياس الاستخدام الاجتماعي للغة (إعداد: الباحثة)، في صورته النهائية من (46) عبارة موزعة على (4) أبعاد هي: البعد الأول: اللغة النمطية (9) عبارات، والبعد الثاني: مبادأة الحديث وتغييره (12) عبارة، والبعد الثالث: السلوكيات اللغوية اللفظية وغير اللفظية (13) عبارة، والبعد الرابع: استخدام اللغة للتواصل (12) عبارة، ويتم تصحيحها بطريقة ليكرت الثلاثي، وتمثلت الخصائص السيكومترية في مؤشرات الإتساق الداخلي، وصدق المحك، والثبات بطريقة إعادة التطبيق والتجزئة النصفية وطريقة ألفا، وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي، أشارت النتائج إلى أن مقياس الاستخدام الاجتماعي للغة لدى الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية يتمتع بدرجة مرتفعة من الصدق والثبات، وبالتالي يصلح للاستخدام بدرجة عالية من الثقة.

The research aimed to develop a Pragmatic language scale for children with children with mild intellectual, and to verify its validity, reliability, and standards for use. The research involved (50) children from the Republic of Belarus In the third grade of primary school in Beni Suef Governorate. The duration of the study was expressed as (9-10) years, with a mean of (9.54) and a standard deviation of (0.38). The researcher reached between (55 - 70) smart terms. pragmatic language (prepared by the researcher in its final form) consists of (46) items distributed across (4) dimensions: the first dimension: stereotypical language (1) phrases; the second dimension: the modern initiative to change it (12) phrases; the third dimension: nonverbal linguistic behaviors (13) verses. After four, the use of language (12) was improved using the three-dimensional Likert method. The psychometric results included human body indicators, criterion validity, and reliability using the re-application method, partial segmentation, and the F method, using descriptive stratification. She indicated that the Social Use of Language Scale for Children has high patent differences in validity and reliability, and therefore bears a high degree of confidence.
