The study aims to propose a vision to enhance the organizational energy of faculty members at Menoufia University in light of the digital governance approach. It relied on the descriptive method due to its suitability for the nature and objectives of the study. A field study was conducted on a random sample of (360) faculty members from various faculties at Menoufia University. A questionnaire was used to assess the current state of digital governance and the level of organizational energy among faculty members, as well as to identify the perceived obstacles to activate this energy. The study yielded several findings, the most important of which were the following: the dimensions of digital governance at Menoufia University were found to be moderately available, with an arithmetic mean (2,83) and a standard deviation (,775). Similarly, the organizational energy dimensions were also found to be moderately available, with an arithmetic mean (3,38) and a standard deviation (,822). The field study also revealed several obstacles hindering the activation of organizational energy, which include (administrative and organizational, cultural and human, legal and policy-related, and financial obstacles). These obstacles also received a moderate degree of availability, with an arithmetic mean (3,664) and a standards deviation (,9252). Based on these findings, the study proposed a vision to enhance the organizational energy of faculty members at Menoufia university through the implementation of digital governance principles.
