The current research aimed to enhance dynamic capabilities, with their dimensions being: sensing, learning, integration, reconfiguration, renewal, and innovation, in light of the dimensions of digital governance, which include: digital accountability and responsibility, digital transparency, digital participation, and electronic auditing. This was from the perspective of faculty members at the Faculty of Education, Aswan University. The researcher adopted the descriptive approach and relied on a questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The research sample consisted of (77) faculty members at the college, with the aim of determining the extent to which the requirements for enhancing dynamic capabilities are available in light of the digital governance approach.
The research concluded by emphasizing the importance of the digital governance approach in enhancing dynamic capabilities at the Faculty of Education, Aswan University from the perspective of the study sample. The results showed that the dimensions of integration capability and reconfiguration capability were practiced, from the participants’ viewpoint, to a medium degree, as these two axes obtained an arithmetic mean of (2.24). This was followed by the renewal capability axis with a mean of (2.13), then the learning capability axis with a mean of (1.90), and finally, to a low degree, the sensing capability axis with a mean of (1.63).
In conclusion, the researcher proposed a set of recommended procedures that could contribute to enhancing dynamic capability at the Faculty of Education, Aswan University in light of the digital governance approach. The most important of these include: establishing a unit for monitoring and tracking academic and administrative changes within the Faculty of Education, developing digital systems for allocating educational tracks according to students' abilities and needs, developing a unified administrative and academic information system linking all college departments and academic divisions, activating a "Digital Communication" unit responsible for organizing digital conferences and participatory workshops with other faculties and educational institutions, electronically restructuring academic and administrative processes through flexible platforms based on digital governance, and establishing specialized digital platforms to incubate innovative ideas, student projects, and academic initiatives within faculties of education.
