The study aimed to identify the nature of the structural model of the relationships between the Dark Triad Personality, Fear of Missing Out, and Phubbing among university students. To achieve this goal, the study was conducted on a sample of (881) male and female students from Zagazig University (in practical and theoretical colleges), (98) males and (783) females, ranging in age from (18-22) years, with a mean age of (19.14) years and a standard deviation of (0.865). After applying the study tools: the Dark Triad Personality Scale (prepared by Jones & Paulhus, 2013 - translated by the researcher), the Fear of Missing Out Scale (prepared by the researcher), and the Phubbing Scale (prepared by the researcher), the study results revealed an acceptable fit between the proposed structural model and the study sample data regarding the various influences of the Dark Triad Personality. Fear of missing out and phubbing among university students. There was a statistically significant positive direct effect between the dark triad personality and phubbing. Furthermore, there was a statistically significant positive direct effect between the dark triad of personality and phubbing. A statistically significant positive direct effect was also found between Fear of missing out and phubbing. The fear of missing out variable was found to play a mediating role in the relationship between the dark triad personality and phubbing among university students "partial mediation".
