This research aimed to examine the existence of any relationship between the sharing of institutional vision by school leaders and the level of teachers' job engagement. To achieve this aim, this research firstly identified the degree of sharing the institutional vision in three secondary schools under the supervision of the General Administration of Education in Buraidah, Qassim, from the teachers' perspective. Then, the study examined the degree of the job engagement among them. The quantitative descriptive analytical approach has been used as the research methodology. The structured questionnaire has been employed as the research instrument. The sample of the research was (59) teachers, representing the research population of about (147) teachers.
The results of the research concluded that the sharing of the school vision by school leaders was "moderate", while teachers' job engagement was high. In addition, the results of the research revealed a positive relationship between the sharing of the institutional vision and the level of teachers' job engagement. Furthermore, it has been found that there was a statistically significant difference between teachers' responses about the sharing of the institutional vision and the level of teachers' job engagement depending on the "school" variable.
