The objective of this study is to reveal the level of Organizational Creativity from the perspective of Teachers. In order to achieve the objective of the study, the researcher used the correlation descriptive method; the questionnaire was used as a study tool and was applied to the entire study population, represented by the teachers of government schools at Bareq Governorate, totaling (573) teachers, while the final study sample included (540) teachers, i.e. (94.2%) of the total population; the study resulted in the following conclusions: the School Principals of Bareq Governorate have a high level of organizational creativity with a mean (3.58) from the point of view of the teachers; the study also concluded that there are statistically significant differences at the significance level (α ≥0.05) in the response rate of the sample individuals about the level of their organizational creativity due to the difference of the variables of the educational stage and the practical qualification, and showed that there are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α ≥0.05) in the response rate of the sample individuals about the degree of their organizational creativity due to the difference of years of experience variable; in the light of these results, the study presented a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: Provide a climate of creativity within the school, and attention to factors that raise the level of organizational creativity of school leaders, and the interest in the establishment of workshops and workshops to disseminate the concept of organizational creativity to be consistent with the directions of Saudi Arabia and Vision 2030.
