This research aims at identify the Cyberbullying Concept and analyze the social theories that explain it, in order to know the reality of Cyberbullying and the mechanisms of confronting it among university students (Fayoum University case study). The research relied on the case study methodology using the content analysis method for a sample of students' posts. The results found that there are many positive aspects of the students' use of social networks, including the exchange of information, these pages also provided freedom of expression and the development of some positive values. The research recommended monitoring some of the negative aspects that were represented in breaking many of the accepted standards. There were many emotional comments on the sample of the study which led to the emergence of many ethical behaviors such as libel, defamation and threats. The research recommended the development more respectful university culture, respect of the sexes of each other, the participation of the university community in developing a clear policy against Cyberbullying, and encouraging students to participate in student activities that support social relationships.
