The current study aimed to examine the effectiveness of a proposed training program based on the Sustainable Development Goals in developing creative and digital teaching skills as well as professional motivation among primary school teachers, The study adopted a quasi-experimental design with one group (pre–post application), A sample of (30) teachers was selected, and the research tools included two observation checklists (creative and digital teaching skills) and a professional motivation scale.
The training program was designed in light of SDG 4, which emphasizes ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education and promoting lifelong learning opportunities, It focused on equipping teachers with creative teaching strategies, integrating digital technologies into classroom practices, and enhancing their professional motivation for continuous development.
Findings revealed statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-test mean scores in favor of the post-application, confirming the effectiveness of the proposed training program; and developing creative and digital teaching skills, the study recommended adopting such programs within educational institutions as they play a vital role in improving teacher competencies and promoting the quality of education in line with sustainable professional development goals by 2030.
