the research attempted to for Develop analyzing philosophical texts and Parallel Thinking among General Diploma Students (philosophy and Sociology Branch) using Sugest Program Based on of semiotic. To achieve this goal, the two research tools: analyzing philosophical texts Test and Parallel Thinking Test Scale were applied to the experimental research group, which amounted to (33) students. The researcher did the pre-administration, taught then the topics of Sugest Program Based on of semiotic of the experimental group, then applying the research tools to the experimental research group. After analyzing the data, the results showed that there was a statistically significant difference between the scores of the experimental group students in the pre and post administrations of the analyzing philosophical texts test in favor of the post administration. In addition, there was a statistically significant difference between the scores of the experimental group students in the pre and post administrations of the Parallel Thinking Test in favor of the post administration, there was an effect of the Sugest Program Based on of semiotic in developing analyzing philosophical and Parallel Thinking among General Diploma Students(philosophy and Sociology Branch) , There is an inverse correlation between the experimental group's performance on the analyzing philosophical texts test and their performance on the Parallel Thinking test.In light of the results, the researcher recommends paying attention to semiotic analysis of philosophical texts among General Diploma Students(philosophy and Sociology Branch), It is also recommends to develop students Parallel Thinking Because it represents the mentality that guides the use of these semiotic analysis of philosophical texts in innovative ways.
