Abstract
This study investigated the degree of practice of science teachers at Marka Directorate of Education for knowledge management operations. The sample of the study consisted of (93) male and female teachers. The results of the study showed that the degree of knowledge management operations practice among science teachers was average. Also the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences due to gender. There were statistically significant differences due to qualification variable for the postgraduate studies compared to the bachelor's degree. Regarding the years of experience variable, the differences were for (11 years and above) compared to less than (6 years). The study recommends that workshops and training courses should be held for teachers to improve their knowledge management skills and knowledge.
