The study aimed to identify the degree of crisis management practice in Jordanian universities from the point of view of faculty members. To achieve the objective of the study, the study used the descriptive approach. The study tool consisted of 24 Items divided into four dimensions: planning in crisis management, Communication in crisis management, decision-making in crisis management. The study population consisted of (1200) faculty members at Al-Yarmouk and Al-Balqa Applied Universities. The study sample consisted of (120) faculty members selected by the random stratified sample of the study population. The results of the study showed that the reality of the practice of crisis management in Jordanian public universities from the point of view of faculty members was generally average of the evaluation at an average of (3.58), while after communication in crisis management came a high degree of evaluation with an average of ( 3,68 ), Followed by planning with an average score of 3.60 and a middle degree of evaluation. Hence, after the decision was made with an average of 3.56 and a medium degree of evaluation. Finally, the information was followed by an average of 3.47 and a medium degree of evaluation. The study reached a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: the establishment of specialized crisis management teams, the preparation of future strategic plans for crisis management, and the training of workers in universities.
