The aims of the research were: identifying language Awareness components, measuring Arabic students teachers level in language Awareness, determining factors responsible for their level from teaching staff point view, developing a program of linguistic activities using some web. 2 Tools , and measuring its effectiveness . The research group consisted of 27 female teachers at the College of Education in Majma. They were divided into two groups: an experimental group of 15 students and control group of 12 students. The research used the semi-experimental approach, the result were: language Awareness had four components: phonological, grammatical, morphological and semantic, which included a total of 124 items. It also showed the low level of language Awareness among students. There were 14 factors responsible for its low level. The program was applied and the results were processed using Mann Whitney test and Wilcoxon test ,The results showed that there were statistically significant differences between the mean grades of the experimental and control groups in language Awareness. The suggested program was effective in raising language Awareness level among the experimental group, it The research recommended inclusion of language awareness within the competencies of Arabic language teacher preparation programs, activities for developing language awareness and its tasks, especially error detection and correction task.
