The study aimed to identify The Effect of Designing a participatory electronic learning environment in developing some computer skills and achievement motivation among intermediate school students, Where the study followed the experimental method, a random sample was chosen from the first grade students in the middle sector in the area of the Baha (56) teachers; were divided into two experimental groups: the first, learned the fifth unit (write my achievements - word processing) of the computer material for the first grade through the average electronic learning partnership and numbered from (27) students, and the second; learned the same unit through the traditional electronic learning environment and numbered from (29) student, then a cognitive test and a card to measure the skills of computers on both the cognitive and performance aspects, as well as the measure of motivation achievement in the computer as tools for study. The study used a T-test to calculate the significance of the differences between the experimental and control groups and the ETA equation to calculate the effect size. The study found that there were statistically significant differences at (0.05 ≥ α) between the average scores of the two experimental groups in the posttest of all tools in favor of the first experimental group. In light of the results of the study, a number of recommendations were presented.
