Abstract
The study sought to develop the skills of reliability of digital information and communication as our society faces many challenges and political events, successive generations of wars, which faced the world throughout the historical ages, which seeks to achieve its goals and interests at the expense of other target countries, and are considered generation wars The fifth is a product of the society's exposure to many generational wars, which greatly influenced the methodology of modernizing methods, tools used to destroy national security and threaten its stability due to the spread of the Internet, the advancement of digital technology, and the increase of its users, especially the youth for ease and Developing skills that help learners to make sure of the correctness of every information they reach, and has developed a program in history to develop the skills of reliability of information and digital communication among students of the Faculty of Education in the light of the tools of the fifth generation wars and used the researcher Test preparation tools to measure the ability of students to reliability skills of digital information and communication, and a test to measure the attitudes of students towards the reliability skills of digital information and communication, and the results indicated the effectiveness of the program and the research recommended the importance of developing and including the courses of history Students of the Faculty of Education for the skills of reliability of information and digital communication, which helps in obtaining information from various sources and works to enrich the content of educational courses need to hold training courses for faculty members to develop the skills of reliability of information and digital communication.
