The study aimed to: identify the relationship between social skills and school bullying victimization among educable intellectual disability children, explore the differences between males and females in: social skills and school bullying, and investigate the effectiveness of the training program to develop social skills to reduce school bullying victimization for experimental group. The experimental sample consisted of 18 educable intellectual disability children in integration schools in, their chronological age were from 9.67 to 14.18 years (Mage=12.05 ± 1.06), and their IQ were from 60 to 69 degree (MIQ=65.38 ± 3.25). The researchers used descriptive and quasi-experimental approaches, based on experimental design with two groups (experimental and control). The researchers used school bullying victims scale-teachers criterion (prepared by: Teleb & Soleiman, 2019), and they prepared social skills scale for educable intellectual disability children - teachers criterion, and training program. The study reached the following results: there was a negative significant statistical relationship between social skills and school bullying victimization behavior among educable intellectual disability, there were significant differences between males and females in: social skills scale for females, and in school bullying victimization scale for males, and the training program was effective to develop social skills and reduce school bullying victimization behavior for experimental group.
