The aim of this study is to identify the role of an active learning environment based on the Web Quest learning strategy in enhancing the skills of professional learning communities and positive attitudes towards the use of peer assessment for University female students, by analyzing and discussing the views of female university students and their reactions according to their self-assessment after learning through these environment. The study sample consisted of (79) female students who studied the curriculum of instructional technology in the academic year 1438/1439 AH, from various disciplines and colleges, The descriptive analytical method was applied to answer the study questions, A self-assessment card was used as a data collection tool, This is after female students experience the active learning environment based on Web Quest strategy, The results showed that the study hypotheses indicated the role of an active learning environment based on Web Quest strategy in enhancing the skills of professional learning communities, and the positive attitudes towards using peer assessment in achieving learning objectives across this environment, And the results did not indicate the existence of differences of statistical significance attributed to the specialization; at the level of all those skills, and discussed the study within the results of some of the challenges and proposals to improve learning Through an active learning environment based on Web Quest strategy from the point of view of female university students, According to those findings, the study presented a set of proposals and recommendations.
