The aim of the current study was to assess prevailing leadership styles among Faculties’ Deans at Al-Zaytoonah University and also to assess the relationship between Prevailing Leadership Styles among Faculties’ Deans and Satisfaction and Organizational Loyalty among Faculty Members in Al-Zaytoonah University. The descriptive-survey approach was used in the current study. The study sample was consisted of 109 academic staff; 64 males and 35 females. Two questionnaires were used; the firs questionnaire was used to assess prevailing leadership styles and the second questionnaire was used to assess satisfaction and organizational loyalty. Validity and reliability were checked for both questionnaires. The results showed that the level of participatory democracy leadership style and the democratic consultant leadership style were high. The results also showed that the level of authoritarian goodness leadership style and authoritarian authoritarianism leadership style were moderate. The level of satisfaction and organizational loyalty was high among academic staff at Al-Zaytoonah University. There was a significant linear relationship between satisfaction and organizational loyalty and democracy leadership style, the democratic consultant leadership style and authoritarian goodness.
