The current study aims at Identifying the quality of electronic services for the distance education system in Sohag College of Education from the viewpoint of faculty members and students and its relationship to some variables. The study utilized the analytic descriptive method and a questionnaire of the quality of electronic services for distance learning was administrated to a sample including (50) faculty members and a group of general educational diploma program constituting (200) male and female students. The study revealed the following findings: the level of quality of electronic services for distance education from the viewpoint of students and faculty members has been achieved at a moderate degree, and there are no differences in the responses of faculty members due to the gender variable and the level of different computer courses, and the presence of differences attributable to the level of the academic rank for the benefit of assistant teachers, the absence of differences between the responses of students attributed to gender, the presence of differences attributable to specialization in favor of literary specialties, and the level of computer courses acquired in favor of advanced levels, and also the absence of differences between the estimates of students and faculty on the tool as a whole, as well as the various axes of it, and that the e-services in the distance education program desperately need more construction and development operations, while the study recommended the need to attach a unit responsible for quality and accreditation that seeks to set ambitious plans and pay attention to quality operations and Ongoing review of electronic services for distance education system, and make some studies to follow the consecutive impact of the quality of electronic services on the success of distance education system.
