The aim of the current research is to identify the treatment of deficiencies in the achievement of graduate students (educational diploma) with a perfectionism( normal, Neurotic) at the Faculty of Education in the course of the use of technology in teaching, and how to benefit from them in developing the motivation to achieve their achievement, through: Determining the most appropriate timing for the emergence Leaderboard (during activities - after activities) with learning platforms based on Gamification in the development of (academic achievement - motivation) among graduate students (educational diploma) with a personality perfectionism( normal , Neurotic) , the sample :applied to a sample of (60) students And a student of graduate students (educational diploma) at the Faculty of Education at Helwan University for the academic year 2018/2019 for the first semester, they were divided into four experimental groups according to the appearance of the leaderboard, and the style of the perfect personality, and based on the foregoing, the first, second, third, and fourth assumptions were accepted The fifth and sixth of the research hypotheses, and among the research recommendations are the use of levels to motivate and engage students in conjunction with other elements of game stimuli according to patterns and personality traits such as introvert, and to ensure that there are clear standards available to students Get her back on how to earn higher levels using game items like badges, points and leaderboards.
