Suggested Educational Mechanisms for Developing Continual Learning Programs within the framework of community service in the light of Technological Transformations of the Fourth Industrial Revolution
The aim of the research is to develop the proposed educational mechanisms for the development of continuous learning programs within the framework of community service in the light of the technological transformations of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, by presenting the conceptual theoretical framework of the concept of continuous learning, the objectives of continuous learning, methods of learning and training in continuous learning institutions, and the obstacles of continuing learning programs, and presenting Patterns of the role of continuous learning within the framework of community service, and the continuous learning programs carried out by the university within the framework of community service, as well as an explanation of the concept of the fourth industrial revolution, the most prominent developments of the fourth industrial revolution on the labor market, the motives of the fourth industrial revolution, its characteristics and challenges on continuous learning programs, and its implications, then the field framework of the research, The sample consisted of (100) participants from the universities of Cairo, Al-Azhar, Ain Shams, Helwan, Menoufia, Mansoura, and the descriptive approach was used to the nature of the problem. With national development projects in order to achieve the perspective of integrated development and link continuous learning with generating job opportunities in community service, conducting research and scientific studies in the field of continuous learning and linking them to areas of development to solve problems with a focus on the regions and communities most in need, establishing a scientific association specialized in continuous learning, and to include these The association includes educators in all disciplines, in addition to representatives from different ministries and authorities, provided that this is done through a scientific journal.
