Introduction:
Thinking is a human process that is characterized by continuity, and because it is a human process that the individual takes as a basis for determining many of his life matters, the successful person becomes distinguished from others by using thinking, in style and how that leads to success. And the type of thinking that contributes to enabling the individual to achieve his goals and improve his life is positive thinking (AL-Husaini, 2021,42,43).
The goal of the research paper:
Addressing the following:
Positive thinking: Definition.
Aspects and dimensions of positive thinking.
Positive thinking strategies.
Positive thinking and its relationship to some other variables.
Effectiveness of positive thinking training.
Suggestions and recommendations:
In light of the previous studies and the theoretical framework, several proposals and recommendations were presented.
