The research aimed to develop a Sugessted proposal for Aswan University as a entrepreneurial university in the light of the developments of the knowledge economy, and the research relied on the descriptive approach, and used a questionnaire to identify the degree of availability of the characteristics of the entrepreneurial universities and the indicators of their achievement in the light of developments in the knowledge economy at Aswan University, from the point of view of the academic leaders of the university and Faculty members interested in entrepreneurial projects, and the research dealt with a conceptual framework on the knowledge economy and the development of university jobs in the light of the developments of this new economy, as well as the philosophical foundations of entrepreneurial universities and some of the leading global experiences in this field. The research reached the most important results: Aswan University is making some efforts to activate the characteristics of (creative, proactive, competitive and risk bearing), and it also needs a great effort in order to activate the standards and indicators at Aswan University, and the research ended with a Conceived proposal of Aswan University as a entrepreneurial university based on the foundations and the premises, mechanisms, conditions, guarantees and investigation procedures.
