The current research aims to identify the level of social skills, loneliness, and COVID-19-Related Fears, as well as to investigate statistically significant differences of gender (male and female) for these variables. It also aims to investigate the predictability of COVID-19-Related Fears in each of the dimensions of social skills and loneliness among Zagazig university students. The research measures (Social Skills Scale - loneliness Scale - COVID-19-Related Fears Scale) were initially applied to (126) students from Zagazig University; With a view to verifying the reliability and validity, the final research sample was responsed to the final forms of scales, consisting of (588) students from the Zagazig University, The statistical methods used were: one sample-T-test, independent samples-T-test, regression analysis, The most important findings are that the level of each (emotional expression, emotional sensitivity, social sensitivity and social control) is greater than the average, while the level of (emotional control) is at the average level, the level of (social expression), the level of (loneliness) and the level of (COVID-19-Related Fears) are lower than the average. The results also indicate that there are no differences according to gender on (emotional expression, emotional sensitivity, emotional control, social expression), while there are statistically significant differences according to gender on both (social sensitivity) for females and (social control) for males. Also, there are statistically significant differences on the (loneliness) and (COVID-19-Related Fears), for females, also we can predict of (COVID-19-Related Fears) from the (loneliness, emotional expression, social expression, social control) for male sample, while we can predict of (COVID-19-Related Fears) from the (loneliness, emotional sensitivity, social expression, social sensitivity, social control) for female sample and the total sample.
