The study aimed to explore the impact of organizational development on achieving organizational sustainability in its dimensions (economic, social and environmental) at Taif University. To achieve this goal, the descriptive correlational approach and the questionnaire were used as a tool for collecting data from a random sample of (341) as a representative sample of the study population of (2688). The study reached the following results: There is a strong positive effect of statistical significance for organizational development on achieving organizational sustainability, as well as the results showed that the dimension of the individual level in organizational development was the most available dimension compared to the dimension of the group level, and the dimension of the institution in organizational development. The results also showed that there is a statistically significant positive impact of organizational development on achieving organizational sustainability in the economic, social and environmental dimensions at Taif University. The results also showed that the dimensions of environmental and economic sustainability were the most available dimensions at Taif University and were most affected by the successive developments in university work. In light of the results, the study recommends the following: Increasing the financial support allocated to the university's organizational development programs because of its impact on achieving organizational sustainability in all its dimensions for the university. And the use of specialized experts to deliver awareness seminars to preserve the environment and the available resources in order to implement the foundations of organizational sustainability, and to invest organizational development efforts in achieving organizational sustainability.
