This study aimed to develop a suggested program based on decisive answers in the Arab heritage for female first-year secondary students and measure its effect in developing their oral communication skills and persuasive-argumentative writing. The experimental research approach based on the quasi-experimental design of one group was utilized. The study group consisted of (25) female students. For data collection, the oral communication observation card and the persuasive-argumentative writing test were utilized. To investigate the effect of the program in developing these two variables, the study instruments were pre- and post-used with the target participants. Results indicated that there was a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the female students in the pre-and post-measurements of the oral communication observation card as a whole and its sub-skills, each separately and the persuasive-argumentative writing test as a whole and its sub-skills separately, in favor of the post-measurement. Besides, the effect size of the independent variable (the suggested program based on decisive answers) on the two dependent variables (oral communication skills and persuasive-argumentative writing) was high, indicating the program’s effectiveness in developing these variables among female students. Recommendations and suggestions for further research were presented.
