The competitive advantage is a supportive tool for the mechanisms of international and national competition, as it refers to the ability to be innovative, creative, and the leading precedence in improving institutional productions. Organizational health is one of the modern administrative trends that are based on the prevailing climate in the institution, and on the environment and the individual together. In order for the institution to be healthy, it must achieve its integrated functions. Therefore, the current research attempts to answer the following main question: What are the mechanisms for improving the competitiveness of Fayoum University in the light of the organizational health approach? And the objectives of the research can be identified in that it seeks to identify the theoretical framework of organizational health in universities in the contemporary administrative and educational literature, to identify the theoretical framework for competitive advantage in universities in the contemporary administrative and educational literature, to reveal the reality of the practice of the dimensions of organizational health in Fayoum University from the point of view of The research sample, standing on the current efforts of Fayoum University in improving the competitive advantage from the point of view of the research sample, as well as identifying the role of organizational health in improving the competitive advantage of Fayoum University from the point of view of the research sample, and the research relied on the case study approach, which is based on studying a specific stage of The history of the unit or institution and the collection of data related to it (Fayoum University was chosen to apply the field study to it) in order to understand the reality and reach scientific generalizations for the purpose of developing proposed mechanisms to improve the competitive advantage of Fayoum University in the light of the practice of the dimensions of organizational health..
