The Research Aimed to Uncover Effective Leadership Practices in The Digital Transformation of Virtual Classrooms by Six Governmental Secondary Schools from The Perspective of Teachers. The Study Employed A Descriptive Methodology, and A Questionnaire Was Administered to A Sample of (240) Teachers Working in The Six Schools. The Results Indicated That The Principals Engage in Leadership Practices Related to The Digital Transformation of Virtual Classrooms in The Educational Process to A High Degree, With A Mean Score Of 78.2 %.,With an Arithmetic Average of (3.91), Furthermore, The Results Showed No Statistically Significant Impact of Independent Variables on The Estimates of The Study Sample Individuals. Based on The Findings.
The Research Presented Some Proposed Mechanisms to Activate The Role of Transformational School Leadership in Enhancing Leadership Practices in The Digital Transformation of Virtual Classrooms in Light of The Results It Reached From Government School Teachers In The ABHA Educational Administration. Among The Most Important Recommendations Was: The Principal Focus His Practices in The Field of Using Digital Transformation for Classrooms. Virtualization Focuses on Practical Aspects, Such as: Leading The Professional Development of Teachers, and Leading Implementation Procedures Through Leadership and Role Models More Than Theorizing, as Well as Building Training Programs Targeting Other School Principals, Developing Those Leadership Practices in The Digital Environment Proposed in The Study.
