The current study aims to reveal the reality of the language tests offered to Arabic-speaking learners of other languages in Arabic Linguistics Institute at King Saud University. The research relied on the descriptive analytical approach, the researcher prepared the research tools that were represented in: a personal interview form for Arabic language teachers for non-native speakers and a form for analyzing the content of language tests. The research sample consisted of (20) faculty members and the assisting body, and (40) tests of skills and language elements that were conducted during the last three years. The Finding of the research revealed that the language tests provided to Arabic-speaking learners of other languages lack many foundations and sound standards for language tests, whether at the level of form or at the level of content, due to the fact that these tests are not based on a specifications table and failure to verify its validity, reliability, difficulty and distinguishing vocabulary.
