A proposed perception for the mechanisms of applying Entrepreneurial leadership at Damanhur University

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the elements of Entrepreneurial Leadership in university education, and examine the reality of applying the elements of entrepreneurial leadership at Damanhur University, in order to develop a proposed perception for the mechanisms of applying entrepreneurial leadership at Damanhur University, the study relied on achieving its goals on the descriptive approach through the use of one of its most important tools which is the questionnaire to find out the reality of the availability of the elements of entrepreneurial leadership at Damanhur University in the light of  views of faculty members, the number of sample members reached (121) members, representing approximately 22% of the target population. The  study found that the sample came with a "neutral" degree, which indicates the presence of obstacles preventing the application of entrepreneurial leadership at Damanhur University, and it was arranged in descending order as follows: (Marketing for University Services - Integrated Entrepreneurial Culture - Strategic Vision - Risk Taking - Technical Innovation), the study presented a proposed perception for the mechanisms of applying Entrepreneurial leadership at Damanhur University based on the findings of the field study.
