Abstract

            The current study aimed to test the effectiveness of a Training program based on Prompted play to develop classification skills of The coclor, shape, size and gender " male & female" for a sample of children with autism disorder. the sample of the study used of 10 Autistic Children were diagnosed according to the criteria used in the corent study ( Gilliam autism scale ) the study sample was divided into two groups "Experimental Group and Control Group" the training program was applied to the Experimental Group for 6 months in aSpecial care center in Beni Suef, The study tools were constructed from(Gilliam autism scale 2004, Classification Skills Scale, Training program based on Prompted play) the results of the study revealed the effectiveness of the training program based on Prompted play to develop classification skills (The coclor, shape, size and gender " male & female") for children with autism disorder.
