Abstract

    This research aimed to find out The Effectiveness of a Suggested Training program Based on the Lesson- Study to Developing Creative Teaching Skills for Student Teachers and Improve Self-efficacy in their Mathematics Teaching. To achieve the goal of the research, the researcher prepared the suggested visualization of the program, a list of creative teaching skills, and the selection of the research sample, which was represented in (62) Male and female student teachers in the Mathematics Department in the third year of the Faculty of Education, Helwan University, they were divided into two groups: The experimental group that studied using the suggested visualization of the program consisted of (32) male and female students, and the control group consisted of (30) male and female students. The research tools included  Observation Card for creative teaching skills, a self-efficacy scale in teaching mathematics and they were applied to the experimental and control groups before and after the research experiment .The results of  the research resulted in The Effectiveness of a Suggested Training program Based on the Lesson- Study to Developing Creative Teaching Skills for Student Teachers and Improve Self-efficacy in their Mathematics Teaching, The research presented a number of recommendations and suggested  researches.
