Saudi E-Universities Problems and Suggestions to their Solving ln the light of Experiments oe some Countries

Abstract

The study aimed to reveal the problems of Saudi electronic universities, and provide suggestions for solving problems facing Saudi electronic universities in light of the experiences of some countries. The study used the documentary descriptive approach, and the study concluded that there are many problems facing Saudi electronic universities, including: General problems Facing any e-learning system, such as: technical problems (related to infrastructure and maintenance), Administrative and organizational problems, cognitive and skill problems that relate to students, cognitive and skill problems that relate to teachers, ethical and social problems arising from the use of e-learning technologies, psychological and health problems resulting from the use of e-learning techniques,There are also problems specific to Saudi e-learning environments, and the study provided suggestions to solve the problems facing Saudi e-universities in light of the experiences of some countries, including: Providing the infrastructure for this type of education, designing an e-learning environment in a way that suits the conditions, standards and requirements of this type of education and providing it with all The necessary means and facilities, commitment to use computer resources to enter information networks in a legal and responsible manner.
