The research addresses requirements for developing the industrial technical secondary education in Egypt through a set of pivots:
First: The Industrial Technical Secondary Education In Egypt (Analytical Historical Framework)
Second:The major initiatives of developing the industrial technical education in Egypt in the light of contemporary investment trends in education…
Third:The major hindrances that stop developing the industrial technical secondary education in Egypt in the light of contemporary investment trends in education.  
Fourth:Proposed vision for developing the industrial technical secondary education in Egypt in the light of contemporary investment trends in education.   
Conclusion: The research presents an analysis of the industrial technical secondary education reality in Egypt and the most prominent investment horizons; through which this kind of education could be developed, while emphasizing existence of many obstacles that prevent activation of this contemporary investment trends. Therefore, this research proposes a contemporary proposal vision for tackling these obstacles and taking industrial technical education in Egypt up to new developmental horizons…
