Cognitive beliefs and goal orientations, their relationship to psychological flow in high-school students and their comparison with high-school normal students

The study aimed to reveal the relationship between cognitive beliefs and target orientations and psychological flow in students who are academically superior and compare them with the ordinary with the secondary level, the researcher relied on the result of the certificate of general enmity In determining the superiority of the secondary school, where 95% of what is higher than the limit of difference between the superior and the average student. The sample of 100 male students in grades 1 and 2 was at Penin High School and Ibrahim Muhammad Ibrahim Al-secondary military school in Benha, ranging from 16 to 17 years old; with a life span of 16.5; a standard deviation of 2.31; their distribution was 28 academic outnumbers - 72 normal pounds. To collect data on study variables, standards of cognitive beliefs, target trends, and psychological flow have been developed. The statistical results of the study resulted in a positive statistically significant correlation between the standards of cognitive beliefs and psychological flow at an indication level (0.01), and a positive correlation with statistical significance between the standards of cognitive beliefs and the trends of the target at an indication level (0.01). There is also a positive correlation with statistical significance between the two index trends of target and psychological flow at an indicative level (0.01). There are also statistically significant differences between the average degrees of academic and ordinary high-school students toward the academic-minded edge as a whole and as sub-dimensions, all of which are statistical at an indicative level (0.01). There were also statistically significant differences between the average degrees of academic and academic high school students toward the academic high school-level "students" in the direction of the goal (0.01). The number of students who are at the secondary school level is at (0.01).
