Abstract

            The study aimed to identify the values that may be strengthened for undergraduates by members of the teaching staff, challenges of the knowledge society in front of the faculty members to enhance the principle of moderation among students of the study sample, reveal the challenges of the knowledge society in front of the members of the authority to stand on the statistically significant differences in The values enhanced among students of the study sample, which are due to the variable of the gender and the educational level of teaching to enhance the principle of moderation among students of the study sample, reaching the proposed perception to improve the competencies necessary for faculty members to enhance the values of the mean among university students, the research used the descriptive design in order to suit it The nature of the research, employing the questionnaire and the interview to achieve its goals.
 
 The search revealed that, the faculty members apply the principle of moderation among their students intellect and behavior, the intellectual field increases to apply the moderation of the behavioral field among the faculty members, there are no statistically significant differences about the responses of the sample towards the study variables (gender - educational level) , A proposed vision to reinforce the principle of moderation among students of the Department of Islamic Studies, Faculty of Education and Arts - University of Tabuk.
