Abstract

The study aimed to review the theoretical and intellectual foundations of entrepreneurship in pre-university education in contemporary educational literature, and to clarify the most important features of entrepreneurship programs in pre-university education in the United States of America, China and Finland in the light of strong and influencing cultural factors, and review the most important similarities and differences in leadership programs Business in pre-university education in each of the United States of America, China and Finland, then presenting the reality of entrepreneurship programs in pre-university education in Egypt, and finally presenting the proposed vision for a program of entrepreneurship in pre-university education in Egypt in the light of the experience of each of the United States of America, China and Finland in proportion to the context The Egyptian cultural, and the study used the comparative approach with its descriptive analytical approach, and the study reached many results, the most important of which is the proposed perception of a program for entrepreneurship in pre-university education in Egypt in the light of the experience of the United States of America, China and Finland in a way that suits the Egyptian cultural context.
