Abstract

The study aimed to: Identify the degree of practice secondary education schools’ Principals in Tabuk educational directorate to the variation management requirements from the perspective of teachers and administrators of these schools , in addition to know the significance of differences in the study sample to the reality of the practice of secondary education schools principals in Tabuk educational directorate to the variation management requirements due to the variable estimates (experience, nationality, sex, and the nature of the work)The study found several results, including: the principals of secondary education schools in Tabuk educational directorate are practicing the variation management requirements significantly, where axis got: (regulations and administrative policies) ranked (first) with a mean (2.62) and axis (the development of teachers) ranked (II) with a mean (2.60) and axis (strategic planning) ranked (II repeatedly) with a mean (2.60) and axis (organizational structure) ranked (third) with a mean (2.59) axis (the circumstances and variables of the environment) ranked (IV) with a mean (2.56) and no statistically significant differences requirements due to the variables (nationality, sex, nature of work), while no significant differences due variable (experience)
