Abstract

The aim of this study was to identify the degree of job empowerment, and the level of job creation and the relationship between them among leaders of the University of Hail. And to know the differences between the averages of study sample estimates of the degree of job empowerment. Descriptive approach was used in this study. The data was collected from the sample in this study by suggested questionnaire. The results of this study were that there was a relationship between creation and the degree of job empowerment. And there are communication channels with all employees without exception, and the confidence of the importance of teamwork that help in the generation of new ideas. There are also high degree of job creation and the results indicated that the adoption of academic leaders' attitudes towards change, attention towards achieving the vision of the university leadership. It was clear from the results that there is a relationship between demographic variables and job empowerment and the degree of gob creation of academic leaders at the university. There is a significant correlation between leadership position and rank in the academic leaders at the University of Hail.
