An analytical study for jurisprudence books’ content at secondary stage in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its content extent of women's jurisprudence issues
This study aimed to analysis secondary studying stage jurisprudence books’ content in Saudi Arabia, and measure women jurisprudence issues extent. To achieve this , descriptive analytical methodology has been used . The researcher made women jurisprudence issues list , then build on its basis an analysis sheet , after confirmation of its validity and reliability . The researcher analyzed third grade jurisprudence books’ content of secondary studying stag. The most prominent results of this study was the weakness in third secondary grade book content of women's jurisprudence issues which are in analysis sheet. It recommended need for using Advisory issued by specialized jurisprudential academies. Beside accessing what is new in day issues and included in studding curriculum . In addition to prepare a suggested proposal for teaching Islamic education book at secondary stag in light of women's jurisprudence issues, and measure its teaching effectiveness.
