Impact of development program for the development of professional competence for faculty members in the College of Education and Science in kherma according to international quality

Abstract

Faculty members play an important role in  developing  the quality of teaching in higher education especially with the emerging international standards and benchmarks as institutional challenges and competitions continue in the new age of globalization, The development of professional competence for faculty members in accordance with international quality standards of the most important foundations of education that contribute positively to the development of their performance and achieve the mission of the university in the graduation of a good citizen for the future of this country therefore present study aims to reveal the impact of development program for the development of professional competence for faculty members in the College of Education and Sciences in kherma  according to international quality standards.  The study sample consisted of 31 faculty members are deployed to the experimental groups (17) member and officer (14) member, The researcher has prepared the following tools  :
   1. Scale of report professional competence of faculty members. .
2- The training program .
 Results of the study  revealed that effectiveness of the training program in the development of professional competence of faculty members.
