Abstract

The study aimed to develop a proposed concept through which it could activate the inter-partnership for scientific supervision in order to improve graduate studies in Egyptian universities, and the study used the descriptive approach, and employed a questionnaire of (30) paragraphs, which was applied to a sample of teaching staff members in Egyptian universities. The results of the study showed: that there are obstacles to the inter-partnership for scientific supervision in Egyptian universities, including: the lack of dissemination of successful experiences in the field of intra-partnership for scientific supervision, the weakness of teamwork between the different departments of the university, and the officials poor understanding of the laws and regulations that hinder the inter-partnership for scientific supervision. The study also showed that in order to activate the inter-partnership for scientific supervision to improve graduate studies, it is necessary to: achieve interaction between faculty members outside the scope of their specializations and faculties, develop scientific, creative and innovative thinking skills among teaching staff members in Egyptian universities, and equip them with more scientific, academic, teaching and research capabilities, knowledge and skills. And work to create a suitable climate for discussion by faculty members to exchange ideas and experiences, the necessity of activating inter-studies among teaching staff members specializing in social sciences, establishing research centers based on inter-research in each university, spreading the culture of inter-partnership for scientific supervision, and setting awards for the best inter-partnerships for scientific supervision. In various sciences, and to educate graduate students and new teaching staff members about the importance of interdisciplinary studies in developing scientific specialization and producing creative knowledge.
