To achieve the objectives of this study a questionnaire was designed for collecting data and information which included (27) statements and distributed to the study sample after standardization. After collection and analysis of data, the study formulated many findings, chief among them:
-      There is unanimity from the part of the study sample that quality promotion factors in lecture room environment are not sufficiently available, while some of them are totally unavailable such as:
-      Smart Board
-      A computer

In terms of the findings, the study recommended the following:

Providing each lecture room with computer and electronic board and curtains so as to darken them on request as well as Internet access.
Providing most comfortable and consistent chairs that suit the size of the students. The chairs should be mobile and their numbers should be matched with the area of lecture room so as to facilitate movement in the class room.

Using quite air conditioners so that they can not disturb students and audience.
Maintaining security and safety measures in all lecture rooms.
