Effectiveness of the Training program based on educational technology in the light of systemic Approach, and International standards, to develop the chemistry teaching performances for Secondary school teachers

Abstract

      Education faces many challenges in the age of the knowledge society, the age of tremendous scientific advances and the dramatic developments in scientific knowledge, applications and technologies, the age of Open Skies ,In which all the traditional barriers and obstacles , vanished by relying on advanced technology, that facilitated the communication between peoples and opens the way of information flowing , which is not witnessed by humanity previously, that made the international tougher to reach this technology, which represents a secured basement to the effective dealing with the requirements of this age. So, one of the important objectives and strategies of educational systems educational learning in this area provide a learning environment, advanced and continuing training for teachers .
     In this regard it should be emphasized that the "teacher" power generators in the educational process, if good performance, Teacher, which has performances and innovative teaching methods that can develop the creativity of his disciples.
     It was clear in the light of the survey literature to this aspect that the development of innovation in students occurs through the use of the teacher of the methods and performances of innovative teaching and give students various opportunities to describe and free expression, as well as the lack of teachers for performances teaching the appropriate one of the obstacles for the development of innovative thinking and creativity of the students, so research seeks the current training program to prepare a proposal based on technology education in the light of the portal and systemic levels, the global standard for the development of chemistry teaching performances of teachers of high school, and this objective reflects the importance of training and the most important to achieve the desired objectives of the scientific method is correct .
