The Reality of Practicing Leadership by Values and its impact on the effectiveness of Teaching Staff through the Perceptions of Post-Graduate Students at Tabuk University

Abstract

            The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing leadership by values ​​and its impact on the effectiveness of teaching staff at Tabuk University through the perceptions of post-graduate students. The study sample included (225) students from different academic specializations and levels, and to achieve the goal of the study, a questionnaire was prepared to identify  The reality of teaching staff ’practices for leadership by values ​​and their effectiveness, and the results showed that teaching staff at Tabuk University ​​have high grades of practice leadership with values , and that practice is positively reflected in the reality of the effectiveness of teaching staff through the perceptions of post-graduate students at the university, as well as there are no differences  in the degree of leadership practice in terms of values ​​and the effectiveness of teaching staff, which is attributed to: the gender factor, the academic level factor, and the academic specialization factor, except for the differences in the value of personal relationships in favor of students, there are also direct positive effects that are statistically significant at (0.01 level) ) For practicing teaching staff of leadership by values in the degree of their effectiveness according to the perceptions of post-graduate students  at Tabuk University.
