Abstract

The study aimed to identify the Degree of Administrative and Technical Practices of the female Leaders of Sabia Province and their Effect on Achieving the Quality of School Performance from female teachers' point of view. The researcher used descriptive approach. The study population consisted of (2250) female teacher, and the sample was (380) female teacher, a questionnaire was uesd to collect data from the sample of study after cheked the validity and realbility. The results showed that the degree of administrative and technical practices of the school leaders in the province of Sabia from the point view of the teachers was high with mean of (386). The degree of administrative practices was high with mean of (3.85). And the degree of technical practices was high with mean of (3.88). The results indicated that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (≥α 0.05) on the administrative and technical Practices due to the variable of the qualification in favor of less than the bachelor, and the variable of experience in favor of more than 10 years, and the there were no statistically statistically significant differences due to the variable of the educational level. Also the results indicated that the degree of achievement of the quality of school performance was high with mean of (3.75), The results indicated that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (≥α 0.05) on the quality of the performance of the school due to the variable of qualification in favor of less than the bachelor, and the variable of experience for more than 10 years, and no statistical significance differences due to the variable of educational level. The result also indicates a strong positive relationship between the administrative and technical practices and the quality of the school performance of the schools of the province of Sabia .The results also indicated a statistically significant effect of the variable in the administrative and technical practices of the school leaders on the achievement of the quality of the school performance by (80.6%).
