Differences in Assertiveness Between Psychoactive Substances Dependents Patients and Non-dependents

Abstract

The current research aims to reveal the differences between dependent and non-dependent on psychological subjects in affirmative behavior. The current research was conducted on a sample of (200 males), 100 dependent on psychological materials, and 100 individuals who were not dependent on psychological materials, and the age range of the sample ranged from (18-40 years), and the research tools included the initial interview form and the assertive behavior scale, Prepared by Prof. Dr. Amal Abdel Samie. The results indicated that there were no differences between the dependent and the non-dependent on psychological subjects in affirmative behavior, i.e. the results indicated that there is no relationship between the affirmative behavior and the dependence on psychological materials.
