The effectiveness of the use of small recreational games in the development of motor skills in autistic children and their impact on their functional skills associated with the activities of daily life.

Abstract

 Abstract : This Study aimed to improve some basic Motor Skills (walking with equanimity, Scrolling Precision, Snap the ball, Shooting inside into the basket accuracy, Jump with both feet) and find out the impact on functional skills related with ADL for 10 children with autism at Human Development Centre in Jizan,Saudi Arabia. The researchers designed several training sessions on small recreational games and used the experimental method (one group design), researchers used two kind of tools, measurement tools and control tools. The study results to an improvement is statistically significant in the targeted functional skills in this study after the application of the training program, The study came out a set of recommendations.
